What motivates Rotarians around the world?
On the world’s most persistent issues we all share desire for improvement and responsibility for action. 1.2 million Rotarians have fun together in over 35,000 clubs globally, working together to:
- Promote peace
- Fight disease
- Provide clean water, sanitation, and hygiene
- Save mothers and children
- Support education
- Grow local economies
A Rotary cornerstone is our Four Way Test, where we ask:

We're united in a spirit of Service, valuing truth, fairness and friendship; we welcome Rotary opportunities to contribute our skill in supporting others.

We meet over breakfast on the 2nd Thursday of each month (7 for a 7.15am start) at the South Terrace Croquet Club, west of Beaumont Rd, Adelaide. On the 4th Thursday of the month, we meet for dinner (6 for 6;30pm) at the Kent Town Hotel, 76 Rundle St, Kent Town. There’s either an entertaining guest speaker or we’re chatting to plan our activities. Whatever's happening, you’ll enjoy AdLight’s irreverent style!
We meet informally other ways, planning upcoming ventures, socialising or chatting over coffee on the 1st, 3rd and 5th Thursday each month ~ 9:30am at “The White Picket”, 10 Stuart Rd Dulwich.
